PET SPRIT B21 resin
The different SPRIT grades were designed according to specific requirements both in relation to their fluidity and their crystallization speed. This allows taking on injection moulding projects of pieces of different weight in a very wide range, from 10 mm, as well as injection runs, expressed as the Length/Thickness ratio, over 200.
In addition, all the Sprit grades are 100% recyclable in the existing rPET stream.
PET is used increasingly in the direct injection of pieces in substitution of other materials. It was unthinkable with the traditional bottle grade resin, but now it is feasible with the Novapet capacity to functionalize the resins and concentrates.
Before ruling out PET for an application, we encourage you to study the project with us in order to find a technically and commercially viable PET-based solution.

The SPRIT family of Novapet’s PET resins is large and offers diverse functionalities to cover, in this way, an endless number of direct injection applications of articles in very diverse sectors: medical, food, automobile, cosmetics, household items, etc.
These SPRIT resins constitute a functional, sustainable and 100% recyclable alternative in the rPET stream compared to other plastic, glass, melamine, ceramic, metal materials,… contributing in this way to the objectives of sustainability and circularity.
