The on-site photovoltaic solar plant for self-consumption has an installed peak capacity of 15.57 MWp.
In total, it comprises 28,681 split-cell Mono-Si photovoltaic modules, covering a total area of 73,735 m².
Of these modules, 50% have a power output of 540 Wp and the remaining 50% have a power output of 545 Wp.
The total area of the company-owned site is 24.1 ha.
The annual electricity production supplies 25% of the total consumption of the industrial complex under a 100% self-consumption model.
This is equivalent to the annual electricity consumption of 8,250 households, or approximately 33,000 people — twice the population of the city of Barbastro.
This major project avoids a total of 10,800 tonnes of CO₂ emissions per year.
