Mechanical PET Recycling Plant

Novapet closes the loop within the PET value chain through its mechanical PET recycling facility, located at the Barbastro production site in Huesca, Spain.

Using post-consumer food-grade PET flakes as feedstock, the facility has a production capacity of 1,500 kg/h of recycled pellets, produced exclusively for internal use.

Thanks to EREMA’s innovative systems, designed to make PET recycling highly efficient and continuously cost-effective, Novapet completes the rPET production process by integrating it into its own injection moulding operations.
